The sheer number of forums (mostly empty) make the site overly complex and make it look barren.

Perhaps consolidate some of the forums (like all of the seperate sports forums).

More of a sandbox feel and simplicity would encourage more discussion.

Thanks for the suggestions.  I will do that.

Thought about that when I created the forum last month, but then again I thought more of the 500 or so folks I invited from the old site would come back and participate more.

I have noticed that the forums pop up quite a bit more quickly now - might be another side effect of the "pruneing".

I wouldn't lose faith - people will gradually find this place.

I was on the old forum but didnt get an address to the new site-looks good- people will eventually find it!
