I can't believe that so many of our classmates are gone.  Does anyone know what happened to any of them?

I know Chris Glover had a fatal car crash in Florida about 5-7 years ago.

Steve Talerico also had a car wreck on the interstate between here and Birmingham.  Kelly Riley had a car wreck in Panama City I think.  He and his brother were on their way home from a Church Conference and had a wreck and it killed them both.

Hope you are doing great.

Yes, hard to believe we have already lost several classmates.

Most have been due to car wrecks, including Chris, Steve, and Kelly.

Annette Hannah was also killed in a car wreck not too long after we graduated.  If memory serves, both she and her sister were killed in the wreck, even though they were in separate cars. 

I believe Lula Griskall and Faye Hopkins died of medical related illnesses, but I don't know much in the way of details there.

I also believe Tina Hendon was killed when the school bus she was driving was hit by a logging truck, or the logs from the truck fell on the bus.

I'm not sure about the cause of death on John Marcum.  Anyone else know?

I have since been reminded that John died of Melanoma.

I also heard recently that Lance Smelley is missing!  What is going on?

I was told that Norman died from heart problems.  And yes Lance Smelley is missing.  It is very upsetting that we have had so many to pass away.  We are going to do something special for all of them on that Saturday night of the reunion.
